We met at 12 noon on a bright September Monday, down in the part of the city where the streets are uneven and bumpy ...

Pamela arrives in a Parisian inspired outfit and her faithful Rebecca Minkoff.

 

We dined at Pastis, a French bistro in Meatpacking.  The Birthday Girl was showered with girly gifts and treats.  We made our way to Soho, stopping at expensive stores and pretending we were actually seriously looking to buy.  Stopped in Chanel.  A sweater dress with a $2120 price tag?  Oh, not bad.  I wonder if we fooled anyone?  I wonder who IS fooled to buy a dress that expensive.  Anyway, we moved on. 



 
For some fabulous reason, red carpet seems to follow us... here we are pretending we are at a Dom Perignon event.
